What data we process and why
We only process the personal data you provide via the contact form or e-mail, for the purpose of handling your enquiry and any follow-up communication.
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), project type and message.
- E-mail communication: whatever data you include in your message.
- Technical data needed to run and secure the site (e.g. IP address in server logs).
Legal basis
Form data is processed based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form, and to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Site security and operation rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle it and follow up, at most 24 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship requires longer retention. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share data with
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing, nor do we sell it. We rely on trusted processors who handle data on our behalf:
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and processing of submitted forms (transfer to the USA under appropriate GDPR safeguards).
- E-mail service provider — delivery of enquiry notifications.
Cookies
Essential (functional) cookies and local storage are used to make the site work (e.g. remembering the intro animation and your cookie choice). These require no consent.
Analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) are used only with your consent, given in the cookie bar. You can change your choice anytime via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Your rights
Regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy,
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
- erase your data (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing and data portability,
